Returns due to external defects
The responsibility for the transportation passes to the customer. The goods travel with customer risk, so returns are not accepted. The goods to be transported can be insured with small additional cost so that in case of an incident the customer is fully covered.
Returns
Product returns are accepted within 2 days of the delivery and if there is a significant reason from the customer accepted also by Group Science. Shipping (return) costs are covered by the client. The financial (cost of the order) value is completed no later than 30 days from the return of the goods.
